Maamani Agridev Ltd has introduced a transformative outgrower support program aimed at empowering smallholder farmers across Northern Ghana. The initiative will support over 500 maize and soybean farmers with access to certified seeds, organic and compound fertilizers, technical training, and guaranteed market access.

This program is designed to improve yields, reduce post-harvest losses, and increase incomes among rural farming communities. Maamani’s goal is to foster inclusive growth by integrating smallholder farmers into formal commodity supply chains, particularly in grain aggregation and feed milling.

By connecting local producers to its feed production and poultry operations, Maamani is building a resilient and sustainable agricultural ecosystem that strengthens Ghana’s food systems.
